ELVeS® Radial® – Minimally invasive laser therapy of venous insufficiency
As a global pioneer in laser technique, biolitec® has changed the future of endovenous laser therapy “radially”. With the combination of the first medical 1470nm diode laser and the patented radial (360°) emission of the ELVeS® Radial® fiber, the ELVeS® Radial® procedure provides an easy-to-use system for a significantly improved treatment outcome.
Our effort to continuously improve this unique system in terms of safety and flexibility has led to an extensive selection of fibers and other accessories, which can be individually combined with each other. The new development stage of ELVeS® Radial® fibers (with 2-phase radiation) offers an even more homogeneous and tissue-friendly light emission. The ELVeS® Radial® 2ring fiber combines this advantage with a 16GA vein access.
Furthermore the ELVeS® smart Pullback device is an automatic pullback unit which can be combined individually with our lasers.
The ELVeS® Radial® fibers are part of our FUSION® product line, allowing for utmost low-risk treatment. The FUSION® technology employs a unique process that – instead of merely gluing – safely fuses the silica glass cap to the fiber to resist even high tensile forces. Detachment of the cap inside the vein during treatment and an related surgical procedure are nearly impossible.
Our new state-of-the-art technology allows for minimally invasive endoluminal treatment of venous reflux disease – safe and simple. Not only for experienced physicians, but also for beginners who ask for an efficient and easy-to-use technique.
