ELVeS™
The treatment of venous insufficiency with ELVeS™ is effective and simple - a minimal, low pain treatment with excellent cosmetic results. The short duration of the treatment and the rapid return to normal activities are clear benefits for the patients.
ELVeS™ Laser - the Perfect Solution
A laser that absorbs in water as well as in haemoglobin is ideal for destroying veins optimally. Furthermore, the specific penetration depth of the 980 nm wavelength enables quick and efficient working.
The programming of the laser software is especially oriented towards meeting the requirements of an effective vein therapy: spider veins are treated transcutaneously with DermaMode, and with the ELVeSMode, veins are closed.
Another application area is the stimulation of wound healing in cases of venous ulceration. There are two treatment options:
- The supplying vein is closed endo-veinously. This occlusion stimulates the healing process and it reduces the wound healing time significantly.
- Laser light is guided directly to the target area with the help of a wound healing hand-piece. The micro-circulation improves, cell proliferation is accelerated and the bacterial count in the wound is minimized.
The ELVeS™ Treatment Kits - Everything at Hand
All the required tools are ready in pre-packed kits: The puncturing cannula, guide wire, catheter as well as the fibers. Different cannula lengths increase the treatment flexibility.
And very special features simplify work: marking lines serve the purpose of monitoring the treatment, the distal ultrasound marking simplifies the control of the position.
