Dr. Wolfgang Neuberger (Chairman)
Dr. Neuberger has been involved in establishing the current biolitec group since 1988. His core responsibilities resolve around strategic partnerships and organizations.
He has worked as a project manager for McKinsey, GEA Happel AG in Herne, Germany and for Corporate Dynamics in Geneva, Switzerland. After completing his studies in engineering, he earned a doctorate degree in physics from Technical University of Vienna in 1977; he also holds an MBA degree from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France
Dr. Stefan Spaniol
Dr. Spaniol is responsible for research and development, technology and clinical studies since biolitec AG was founded. Before, hew was responsible for the management of these departments at CeramOptec GmbH in Bonn since 1995.
Earlier, he was the project coordinator for photo-dynamic therapy at the University of Bonn and Head of the Laser laboratory at the Gynecological Hospital there. On completing his studies in Physics, he received the honorary Doctorate at the University of Bonn.

Dr. Dietmar Meyersiek (Chairman)
Consultant and managing partner of EXES Dr. Meyersiek Management Information GmbH. Worked earlier at McKinsey & Comp. (1970-92), as a director (1982-92).
Dr. Harald Schröder (Deputy Chairman)
Earlier Deputy Chairman of the management of Merck KGaA, President and Delegate of the Administrative Council of Merck AG, Zug, Switzerland.
Prof. Dr. med. Stephan Schmidt
Director of the Medical Center for Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the Philipps University Clinic of Marburg, Germany.
