Annual document pursuant to Section 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act ("Wertpapierprospektgesetz" or "WpPG")
Pursuant to Section 10 of the WpPG entered into force on July, 1 2005, biolitec must at least once annually make available to the public a document containing all information subject to publication relating to the past twelve months. The annual document published here according to Section 10 of the WpPG refers to the time period from July 1, 2007 until June 30, 2008. Some of the information provided may no longer be up-to-date inasmuch as it was not published until after this time period.
